Hello Kitty Cake (2013)
Zoie wanted a Hello Kitty cake for her 11th birthday. This was my second fondant cake. I was happy it turned out so adorable!
Rapunzel Castle Cake (2013)
In 2013 I endeavored to make a fondant cake. Havana was turning three and, of course, was getting into all the Disney movies. “Tangled” was her favorite movie at the time so I made this cake for her birthday. We had to drive the cake to the party in a snowstorm. I held onto it for dear life when we nearly wiped out at one point. We did manage to get it there in one piece. Whew! Trust me when I tell you this was a beginner’s luck cake! Thank goodness for YouTube showing me how to put fondant on a cake! 🙂
